A little bit about the Executive Chef & Owner of Apicius Catering, trading as Aloft Dining - Andrew Prasad.

Andrew's career has been characterised by over eighteen years experience as a Head Chef and Sous Chef for a number of leading restaurants in and around Sydney, including the Fort Denison Restaurant, Chianti Italian, One Hat Aqua Luna and the Two Hat Lucios. As a result have demonstrated a wide range of leadership, management, communication and team working skills while working in both fine dining and high volume (function) based environments.
